With offices in Rabat (Morocco) and Geneva (Switzerland), and a small team of financial and industry analysts, KEF.FINANCE acts as the Family Office management company.
KEF.FINANCE identifies new investment opportunities, and structures its legal & finances, etc... until the transaction Closing. KEF.FINANCE also initiates and structures all aspects related to Exits, and Partnerships, and monitors the operational performance of our existing operations.

KEF IMMOBILIER
KEF Immobiler acts as our brand for our real estate projects
KEF Immobilier has completed two mid-size Residential projects in 2012 and 2024 ($100 mln total turnover) and is now working on a third (mixed-use) projet (about 45.000 m2).
At KEF Immobilier, we pride ourselves on delivering real estate solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

KEF HOSPITALITY
KEF Hospitality acts as our Brand for Tourism and Entertainment assets
We are developing a portofolio of hospitality physical assets : Hôtels, Guest-houses, Retail-Centers, Beach Resorts, with the asset management assumed by international, recognised brands....

KEF Ventures brand was born in 2022, from our vision of how so many disruptive technologies are converging at the same time, in so many different industries, to create a radically different tomorrow
Our focus is on Health Technologies, and Blockchain (payments infra and other use-cases: asset tokenisation, NFTs etc...), and Africa!
With a focus on investing in high-growth potential startups or initiating new ventures in some cases, KEF Ventures ambitions to be at the forefront of shaping the future of business.
KEF PRIVATE-EQUITY
KEF initial equity stakes in mature sectors started in 2008, and are now labeled under the “KEF Private-Equity” brand.
These investments, either on stand-alone basis, or as part of a club-deal directed by KEF.Finance, are managed in an opportunistic manner, with exits about 5 to 7 years after initial investment.
Sectors invested include Telecom, Textile, Agro-industry and Finance.
